Accept or Decline Letter

Dear Judges,

The JAS website has been updated as of 10/12/06. The system now asks you to either accept or decline a meet online. In order to do this you will need to check the system at various times to ascertain if you have been assigned a new meet. Please follow the procedures below:

When you click on this heading it will take you to a screen that shows YOUR meet assignments. It will say “No Reply” the first time on this screen. You must then individually go to the pull down menu and indicate “Accept”, “Decline” or leave it “No Reply” You may use your “Back” button to return to the assignments page, after you have indicated your response. If you leave it “No Reply” for longer than 10-14 days the meet may be re-assigned. You will need to reply to all meets before NOV 15, 2005. If you are not sure if you are going to accept the meet, leave it at “NO Reply” until you are sure. It will be more difficult to change answer, than it will be to leave “No Reply”.
