NAWGJ Group Discount for National Congress & Trade Show

Dear all,

As a 30 year dues paying member of NAWGJ and understanding the challenges that some of our officials may have with regards to education, costs, fees etc., I have created a group form for the officials who wish to attend the National Congress & Trade Show. I have done this for the past 2 years, but I know I did not get this out everyone in the country. The event is held in conjunction with the Olympic Trials. It takes place in Philadelphia. This year I have worked with Carole Ide in securing meeting room space at the Marriott hotel for the NAWGJ board and the state/regional workshop. Please reserve you hotel room ASAP. We are now at over 70% sold out at the Marriott. The tickets on the form are also a special discounted ticket price for congress attendees. However, congress attendees may purchase as many tickets as they wish at that special price.

Attached please find the form to use for this group discount. I recommend that it be done by state. However, I am open to other requests. Please note the date of the early bird registration. It ends on March 15 and there will not be an extension. The group form is valid through May 26; the price is regular advance fee from March 13 – 26. Please take advantage of this. This form must be received with one credit card number or one check.

Let me know if you need anything else. The sessions at National Congress are being determined by Connie Maloney, Kathy Kelly and women’s program who are working with the various program committees. Please make sure to give them any input. Session determinations are being done now and will be finalized in March. There will be 14 one hour sessions for judging. There will be 3 plus tracks (14 sessions each) for women’s program and I am working on having sessions in the hall with equipment and live demonstrators. I will confirm that in a few days.

Thank you for your continued support. We are all part of an organization that is in place for the benefit of our athletes. Wishing you a safe, healthy and successful year. Hope to see many of you “on the road” judging this season. If not – see you in Philly.

2008 Congress NAWGJ Registration/Pre-registration Form

Kind regards,
Kathy
